Welcome to The Hotel Hartington
Experience True Nebraska History With Every Stay
A restored, 1920's European-style hotel brought back to life. Host your dream wedding, a large party or family event, or enjoy a relaxing, small-town Nebraska getaway.
Originally built in 1917 and restored one hundred years later, the Hartington hotel is a true historical landmark, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Once a hotel that hosted weary travelers passing through Hartington, this small-town hotel in the historic downtown district has a long tradition of accommodating guests. Standing three stories tall on the corner of North Broadway, the red brick hotel welcomed its first guests – of the 21st Century – in October 2018. Seventeen bright and airy renovated rooms, divided amongst four suites or wings, feature plush king, queen and full beds with energizing color palettes and room names based on popular characters of the 20th century.
Guests and groups are warmly welcome to experience a classic, early 1900’s hotel stay. Community and conversation abound in the three wing gathering rooms, The Lobby Cafe coffee shop, The Tap Room – a swanky downstairs speakeasy– and the chandelier and champagne Grand Ballroom.
Whether you’re coming for a single night or weekend getaway, just stopping by for coffee, or planning to celebrate the most memorable day of your life, you’ll leave the hotel with a piece of Hartington’s history in your heart and your mind.
